Sales Manager - Industry Scaffolding

As an Industrial Manager you develop the penetration of PERI UP scaffolding in the industry sector of Sweden further and build up a team to ensure that we provide the best service for our customers.

Job requirements:

  • Develop and execute the company strategy for Industry Scaffolding
  • Main point of contact for Industry Scaffolding inquiries in the Swedish market
  • Identify and solicit potential customers and projects in Sweden
  • Analyze market needs and provide active feedback for product improvement & development
  • Build & develop relationships with key customers and other decision makers
  • Together with your team, manage all aspects of projects from pricing to presentation to customers including close coordination and communication with the Sales, Design, Material Management and Logistics teams.
  • Maintain the project pipeline and take responsibility for target achievement
  • Monitoring and measuring of sales performance based on defined KPIs.
  • Working closely with functional heads/managers (e.g. Sales, Technical, Finance) to ensure consistent, efficient and working practices in meeting customer expectations.

Your profile:

  • Well-connected in the industry with good knowledge of and experience with various scaffolding systems, on-site applications and standards
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Construction) and good track record in Sales or relevant fields
  • Extrovert personality with solid business acumen as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills together with strong networking skills
  • Strong negotiation skills for both commercial and contractual terms, whilst operating within the company’s financial guidelines
  • Assertive, resourceful and efficient. Results- and productivity driven. Reliable, trustworthy and honest with strong work ethic
  • Fluency in the English language is essential.
