Kundfördelar

  • Crane capacity savings
  • Continuous working operations without any interruptions, also during strong wind conditions
  • Fast construction progress through simultaneous climbing of multiple climbing units and reduced number of leading edges
  • Wind and rain-protected working at great heights
  • Enhanced working safety for site personnel
  • Generously-sized working areas
  • Simple lifting procedure of reinforcement scaffolding and materials through a special solution consisting of suspended, retractable formwork and foldable ACS R Working Platforms

The PERI ACS Self-Climbing System, coupled with retractable formwork and PERI UP Scaffolding, ensured fast and easy formwork for pylon construction with safe access. This system accelerated the concreting works and shortened the cycle time, so we were able to climb 5 m height lift every five days.

PERI lösning

  • Project-specific formwork and climbing solution
  • Crane-independent working operations with the ACS Self-Climbing Formwork and generously-sized climbing units, concreting cycle heights of 5 m (standard cases)
  • Enclosed climbing formwork working platforms
  • Load transfer for cantilevered pylon areas with horizontally-positioned SB Brace Frame units
  • Concreting heights exactly matched to suit anchoring possibilities in previously concreted shaft section
  • Regular on-site support provided by a PERI project manager
